Octillery, labeled The Posh Game-Changer, is a contestant and one of the antagonists on Total Pokemon Island. He was created by the user, RetroKoopa.
Personality
An Octillery with a posh nature and a heart full of Britain, with strategic ability hidden away to shake up the game at any point. He uses any means necessary to benefit himself throughout the competition, whether it's manipulating players, listening in on other's conversations, or whatever, he'll use any information he's gathered to help him roll through the others and take home the prize. Octillery looks to create a group of manipulators to steamroll the others in the game and snag home the gold.
